Carpet Cleaning Technician (Orchard)
9:00am to 5:00pm, 6 days per week

Remove stains and maintain carpets
Use cleaning machines for deep cleaning
Keep your work area clean and safe

Floor Care Technician (Sentosa, Night Shift)
11:00pm to 7:00am

Take care of floors, including marble surfaces
Operate cleaning equipment

Job Responsibilities:
✅ Wash dishes, plates, cups, and all kitchen utensils
✅ Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment (e.g. stoves, sinks, filters)
✅ Perform general cleaning of kitchen and storage areas
✅ Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of floors
✅ Collect and dispose of rubbish from all areas
✅ Ensure all surfaces, equipment, and work areas are clean and hygienic
✅ Assist in maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
✅ Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

Attend to guests upon their arrival at the entrances handling their inquiries and responding to their needs. Handles luggage for both arriving and departing guests and groups. ▪ Day-to-day troubleshooting, diagnosing breakdown problems, enhance servicing on car park systems
▪ Upkeep and perform preventive maintenance of parking equipment, replacement of parts and components at car park sites
▪ Co-ordinate and follow-up projects on site
▪ Resolving technical issues with contractors, suppliers, vendors and customers
▪ Involve in start-up works of new car parks and handing over of car parks. Example termination of telephone lines, arrange with contractor to install / remove signs, co-ordinates with contractors to install / dismantle of equipment
▪ Provide technical support and troubleshooting of car park equipment
▪ Documentation of maintenance and repair works, purchases, testing records
▪ Initiate purchase requisition for spare parts, consumable items and works orders

Technician (must have Class 3 license)

Job Requirements:
1. Black long pants and black shoes
2. Able to stand for extended periods
3, Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Gross Salary: Basic $1,910 + OT $890 (Gross salary $2,800/month)

Marble Man
Locations: Sentosa
Hours: 11:00pm–7:00am

Carpet Man
Location: Orchard
Hours: 9am-5pm
Salary: $2,200/month

Pay: $2,325 monthly

Kitchen Cleaner
Work locations: Changi, Jurong, Alexandra
Alexandra: 11:00pm to 7:00am, $1,910 monthly
Changi: 11:00pm to 8:00am, $1,910 basic with overtime (up to $2,300 or more)
Jurong: 5:30pm to 11:30pm, $11 to $14 per hour
