Job Description
You will support curriculum and instructional excellence by maintaining a clean, safe learning environment, preparing and adapting learning materials, and guiding students through lesson activities. Under a teacher's supervision, you will foster holistic student development by building caring relationships, assisting with data collection and behavior management plans, and helping implement individualized goals (IEPs/ITPs/IBPs) and classroom routines. Additionally, you will support student well-being through liaison with caregivers and Allied Professionals, assist with adaptive technology, participate in school events and CCA duties, and proactively engage in continuous professional development to enhance your skills.
Job Requirements
Applicants must possess a minimum of a GCE 'O' Level qualification, alongside good problem-solving, organizational, and English communication skills, both verbal and written. While no prior experience is required as training will be provided, candidates must have a strong passion for learning about autism and developing special needs students to maximize their talents and potential.
