Maintain and keep the kitchen area clean and odour free at all times.

Assist the service area especially during peak hours.

Assist in Operations during events with clearing and dishwashing.

Responsible for maintaining the equipment and utensils to ensure they are clean and in good condition.

Possesses thorough understanding and knowledge of all cleaning procedures, the usage of cleaning equipment, and different types of chemicals used.

Undertake other duties assigned to by the Superior.

1 year of relevant working experience in a hotel or related industry

High level of flexibility and adaptability

Able to work effectively in a team environment

Basic English language proficiency

Able to work rotating shifts including public holidays and weekends.
