You will provide effective, autism-friendly classroom support and assist teachers with lesson plan implementation to ensure the safety, well-being, and smooth transition of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). In this role, you will help execute student behavior support plans to achieve positive educational outcomes, collaborate closely with educators to enhance student development, and fulfill any other duties as assigned.

Applicants must possess a minimum of a GCE 'O' Level qualification, strong English communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work both independently and as a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment. Candidates should have a strong willingness to grow their skills and a genuine desire to learn about autism and serve the community and their families. Must be able to commit a minimum of three days a week.
