• Oversee and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the efficient and effective cleaning of all assigned areas. • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures. • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are being met. • Train and mentor cleaning staff on new cleaning techniques and procedures • Address and resolve any cleaning-related complaints or concerns from clients or staff. • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and supplies. • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment • Comply with all safety regulations and procedures. • Recruiting of Manpower for the assigned project sites.
