Develop and implement individualized behavioral intervention plans to support trainees with special needs, ensuring consistent monitoring and updates based on their progress.
Provide on-site job support, guiding trainees in meeting work expectations while equipping employers, supervisors, and co-workers with strategies to foster an inclusive and supportive environment.
Act as a key liaison between trainees, caregivers, and workplace stakeholders to resolve issues, support home-based interventions, and ensure successful transition and long-term retention.
Job Requirements
Diploma, Degree in special education, social work, counselling, psychology, and community care or related is preferred
Passion in social services, education, health services or related areas is preferred.
