Salary: S$4,000/month Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Working Days: 5.5 days per week Location: Near Bukit Batok Job Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the heavy vehicle / lorry workshop Supervise and allocate work to approximately 10–20 mechanics Plan and coordinate vehicle repair, servicing and maintenance Monitor repair progress and ensure work is completed properly and on time Check the quality of repair and maintenance work Handle daily workshop operational and repair-related issues Coordinate work arrangements between mechanics and other departments Guide and train mechanics to improve work efficiency and quality Ensure workers follow company procedures and safety requirements Manage workshop tools, equipment and general housekeeping Perform other related duties assigned by management

Must have relevant experience in heavy vehicle, lorry or commercial vehicle repair Must have workshop supervisory or management experience Experience managing approximately 10–20 mechanics Good knowledge of heavy vehicle / lorry repair, servicing and troubleshooting Good leadership, communication and team management skills Able to handle daily workshop operations independently Responsible, organised and able to work well with the team WhatsApp: 87709503
