Job Description
To drive instructional excellence and foster holistic student development within a safe, conducive learning environment, you will plan and deliver evidence-based, well-paced lessons tailored to diverse student profiles, utilizing assistive technologies and robust behavior management plans when necessary. This role requires formulating data-driven IEPs/ITPs, managing daily administrative tasks, and actively participating in professional learning teams and school initiatives like CCAs. Crucially, you will build strong relationships with students and maintain proactive partnerships with families, Allied Professionals, and community stakeholders to support student learning and ensure positive post-school transition outcomes.
Job Requirements
Candidates should possess a minimum of a Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels.
No prior experience required — training will be provided.
Candidates with teaching qualifications from NIE e.g. Diploma in Special Education (DISE) or its equivalent, will be considered as Trained Educator.
Passion to help special needs students maximise their talents and potential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong critical-thinking and creativity to develop learning strategies
Good instructional skills to explain concepts clearly
