What will you be doing? We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to assist us in managing our operations. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning crew and their performance for the ad-hoc or periodic jobs on-site and includes managing the client and incident management. The Cleaning Supervisor will be driving the company vehicle island-wide to cover cleaning duties.  5.5 Days work week  Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday: 9:00am to 1:00pm  Performance Incentive  Performance Bonus  Supervisor Incentive  Company vehicle usage  Meal Incentives  Other attractive company benefits  Career progression opportunities  Training provided Job responsibilities:  Perform daily operations cleaning duties in assigned areas.  Provide high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the client’s premise.  Ensure good safety practices of the whole cleaning crew in the course of work  Responsible for leading a team or a single cleaner for ad-hoc cleaning sites.  To operate cleaning machinery (Carpet extractor, Single disc, hi-jet pressure machine) for cleaning of various flooring types.  Respond to and report operational incidents if any.  Coordinate and communicate cleaning duties to cleaning crew.  Ensure proper outcome-based cleaning results.  To handle client’s feedback promptly and amicably.  Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

 Possess valid class 3/3A driving licence or overseas driving license (applicable for conversion).  Good cleaning standard and service oriented.  Physically fit.  Prior experience in cleaning will be an advantage.  Able to multi-task.  Has high safety awareness.  Can work independently.  Is able to take responsibility and lead a small team.  Able to start work within short notice.  Salary will commensurate with experience and skills.
