1. SUPERVISOR: • Supervise cleaners to ensure work is carried out as scheduled. • Manpower deployment plan. • Prepare work schedule. • Hands-on experience as a Supervisor. • Inspect cleaning works to ensure high-quality work is maintained. • Able to perform ad hoc jobs assigned. • Able to operate cleaning machines. • Ensure machines and tools are well-maintained. • Perform cleaning duties whenever required. • Carry out regular cleaning inspection of the premises. 2. BLOCK CLEANER: • Sweeping and mopping of lobby, common corridor areas. • Cleaning of lift interior and exterior. • Sweeping of stairways, cleaning of railings. • Clearing of litter bins, changing waste bin bags. 3. CLUBHOUSE / FACILITIES CLEANER • Sweeping and mopping of clubhouse area, including management office, toilet, gym, multi-purpose room and security area and surroundings. • Cleaning and maintaining of restrooms, replenishing stocks. 4. COMPOUND/ CARPARK CLEANER: • Sweeping of surrounding areas, carpark, ramp, driveways, walkways, • Sweeping and cleaning of BBQ Pit area, playground, outdoor fitness station, tennis court and or basketball court. 5. REFUSE REMOVER: • Removing the rubbish bins from the bin chutes and transferring all to the bin centre. • Washing the bins and bin chute areas. • Clearing of waste disposed at lobbies and bigger items that cannot be thrown in the bin chutes.
