*Manage calls by other government agencies and provide correct advice in accordance to the Tobacco and Vaporisers Control Act 1993(TVCA). *Manage enquiries/feedback on Tabacco and Vaping related offences by members of public via call and email. *Case reporting to Duty Manager for follow-up on team deployment. *Any administrative tasking as assigned by the Service Quality Manager.

Shift Timing: 10am to 10pm / 10pm to 10am (Rotating Shift) Shift pattern: 2 Days Work , 2 Days off basis
