Oversee and manage the hosting of banquets to provide excellent guests experience. Ensure daily administration and operations requirements of the banquet department.

• Minimum least 3 years of F&B experience with strong background in banquet operations. 
• Service orientated with an eye for details.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
